I am really getting tired of the idiocy over wolves. They are endangered, they work with nature to maintain the environment and they kill to eat, not just for the fun of it.
One type of human I would like to see as endangered as the wolf is state legislators who tries to make a name for themselves in politics by tying to pass absolutely arcane and stupid laws . Especially laws about endangered species and the environment. These strutting little popinjays don’t come anywhere near measuring up to the oldest, feeblest wolf in existence.
These fools never seem to learn until they are forced. Then they don’t really learn, they just hide out until they think the coast is clear then try their foolishness again. That is why people like Defenders of Wildlife keep such a close eye on these legislators. when they introduce another stupid law The Defenders let people like us now so we can take action.
Unfortunately, Utah is at it this time. They are trying to pass a law that allows officials to kill a wolf that crosses into any area of Utah that is unprotected by the Endangered Species Act.
Below is a quote from the legislator pushing the law. I won’t use his name because I will not give them the public attention.
“This bill simply states any wolf within Utah will be captured and killed. We don’t want any of them here.”
Well good for you, you big sack of….excuse me, I almost lost my temper there and said something I shouldn’t.
If you go here you can fill in your name and address etc. and automatically send a letter to the Governor of Utah. Please send it on behalf of the wolves. I hope there will be a day soon when the cruelty will stop and we no longer have to do this. Until then, please keep helping these beautiful wild dogs.
