Obviously this cat does not want to see the driver in this video get a ticket. Cats can be very loving creatures and this particular cat wants to lay a little kitty love on this police officer.
Watch as the cat tries to work his cat voodoo on the cop. It is really cute and the officer deserves a salute for being patient with this loving kitty.
I think the cat just wants the officer to pay attention to him instead of anything else. But the officer must do his duty.
